Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times (from shipment date):
Portugal & Spain: 3–5 business days
Europe: 5–9 business days
USA & Worldwide: 9–15 business days

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact me as soon as possible so I can reach out to the shipping provider to investigate.

Order Processing & Pre-Orders

If the product purchased is available for immediate delivery, the order will be processed within 3–5 business days starting from the day following order confirmation.

For pre-order items, in addition to the shipping time, please consider the handcrafting period, which generally takes 1 to 3 weeks.

If you need to receive your order urgently, please contact me before placing the order, and we will evaluate the best possible solution together.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Tobe Atelier has no control over these charges and cannot predict or cover any customs-related costs.

Responsibility & Insurance

Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, Tobe Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays, delivery issues, address changes, customs procedures, or any other matter related to the shipping company and/or the recipient.

All shipments are sent through an insured service. In the unlikely event that a package is lost, there will be no automatic refund. Any compensation can only be issued after the shipping provider completes their investigation and processes the claim.
