Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds and returns are only available for purchases made online through our website.
To be eligible for a return or change, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
It's important to note that deviations from the photo of the original product, such as irregularities or variations, are not classified as manufacturing defects. This is particularly pertinent for our handcrafted items, each one a unique, handmade creation.
To start a return, you can contact us at info.tobeatelier@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All costs associated with the return of products are entirely the responsibility of the customer, who commits to returning the product within 10 days of the communication. The refund for the product will be processed within 30 days from the date of receiving the return communication. We underline that the shipping costs incurred for the purchase of the product are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In-store purchases are not eligible for automatic refunds or returns. Refunds or exchanges for in-store purchases are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Tobe Atelier. If you wish to request a return or exchange for an in-store purchase, please contact us with purchase details and explanation of your request.
Damages and issues
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. For in-store purchases, damages or defects are also handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Tobe Atelier. Please note that if the product care guidelines are not followed, the products are not kept in their original packaging, or not taken care of while personal transporting, we cannot be held responsible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as made-to-order or personalized items), and sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
