Product Care

To ensure the longevity of your cherished pieces, please follow the guidelines specific to your item type.

Porcelain Jewelry

Our porcelain jewelry is handcrafted and often finished with delicate glazes or luster applications.

- Handle with clean, dry hands and store in the original soft pouch or box to prevent scratches and dust.

- Keep separate from other jewelry to avoid crushing or chipping.

- Avoid dropping, crushing, or hitting against hard surfaces.

- For pieces with luster finishes: keep away from water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals, as these can cause damage.

- Gently wipe metal components with a dry cloth to maintain their shine.

Ceramics

Includes decorative and functional pottery items.

- Avoid extreme temperatures or sudden temperature changes, which may cause cracking.

- Protect from hard knocks and handle with care.

- Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning tools.

- Although generally microwave and dishwasher safe, handwashing with mild soap is recommended to preserve their appearance and functionality.

Metal Jewelry

Includes solid silver, gold-plated brass, and gold-plated silver. Gold plated means that a thin layer of gold is applied over a base metal (such as brass or silver) through an electroplating process. While gold itself does not tarnish, the plating is delicate and may wear away over time, revealing the base metal underneath. To help prolong the life and shine of the gold-plated surface, follow these care guidelines:

- Store separately in a pouch or box to prevent scratches and reduce exposure to air and humidity.

- Avoid prolonged contact with water, soaps, lotions, perfumes, and sweat, as these can accelerate tarnishing.

- Dry completely both your hands and the jewelry surface after any contact with water.

- Wear jewelry only after applying skincare or fragrance.

- Silver pieces can be polished with a soft cloth to restore shine.

- Gold-plated items may require re-plating (typically once a year) depending on frequency of use; brass bases naturally oxidize over time.

Please note:
Failure to follow these guidelines may lead to wear, discoloration, or other changes in appearance. We cannot be held responsible for such outcomes. If any defects are noticed, please report them before using the product so we can assess the possibility of replacement.
